Meet Monica,
You probably know her from Youtube having created videos for over a decade, Monica decided to start a new chapter in real estate shortly after buying her first home in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle.
With over 2,000,000 combined followers on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Tiktok, Monica's ability to leverage social media platforms to reach a wider audience has been a game-changer for her clients. She knows how to create content that resonates with potential buyers and generates excitement around a property, ultimately leading to quicker sales and higher prices
Having grown up in Federal Way, she has extensive knowledge in both the downtown core, as well as greater Seattle neighborhoods. After spending 4 years in Los Angeles studying film production, she moved back to Seattle to be closer to friends and family. Her passion lies in helping other relocation buyers find their perfect neighborhood in Seattle, too.

After growing up in Bellevue WA and attending the University of Arizona, Jason has since spent time living in Mercer Island, Queen Anne, and Magnolia before buying his first home in Phinney Ridge.
His background in tech sales has equipped him with valuable skills, such as strong negotiation tactics and effective communication, which he leverages to assist clients in their home-buying journey. His passion for helping others stems from his own frustrating experience with home buying and his desire to ensure his clients have a smooth and transparent experience. Jason has extensive knowledge of the East Side and Greater Seattle area, along with parts of Tacoma and Gig Harbor. He is passionate about working with people relocating to the Seattle area or assisting with first-time home buyers!
Outside of his professional life, he is a former high school football coach, a dog father of two, and a cancer survivor. When he's not out showing houses, he is probably on the golf course.

Can I work with just one of you?
Yes! We are a team and both have a hand in every transaction, but if you would prefer one of us to take the lead over the other, just ask (we won't be offended!).
Will you be filming me?
Only if you feel comfortable with it! We never ask or assume someone wants to be on camera. If you'd like to be featured in a video or do your own "house hunters" style, we would love to film the experience.
When should I reach out?
Buyers: Most people reach out anywhere from 2-6 months prior.
Sellers: please reach out as soon as you know you are interested in selling! We can get your home ready in as little as 2 weeks, but the more time we have to prep, the better.
At this time we are currently only licensed in Washington state. We would be happy to refer you to an experienced agent we know and trust in the city you are moving to.
Can you help me outside of Washington?
Will you film my house?
Of course! If we are representing you as the Seller, we will cover all photo and video services.
Yes, we have helped several of our clients buy and sell remotely. We will assist in video tours, neighborhood advice, and video calls so that you feel confident moving forward with your remote purchase.
